Summer School 2010
New! OCS Online Courses
Available
OCS is offering a variety of options to meet your student’s summer school
needs. We have traditional
classes available for Algebra I and II as well as Personal Fitness and
Life Management. This summer
we also are providing the option of taking online courses at home or on
campus through our new online program.
OCS is partnering with K12 Curriculum to offer a variety of online
classes.
The online classes are taught by an online instructor and carry full OCS
credit. They can be completed
at home or at OCS in our Media Center, supervised by an OCS facilitator.
These options will provide opportunities for the student who wants
to get ahead or wants to take a course that would not fit in the normal
schedule. There are also
courses offered for the student who needs to review a difficult subject,
or repeat a class to replace an unsatisfactory grade through credit
